Description
Bright pale yellow colour in the glass. Lemony fruit and grapefruit on the nose. Tropical fruits on the palate with minerality and a fresh citrus finish.
VINEYARD SITES
Grapes for the 2017 vintage were sourced from our vineyards in Darling and the slopes of Paarl Mountain.
WINEMAKING The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and the juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled early to preserve freshness, producing a vibrant, fruit-driven style.
