Pale green colour. Mango and white pear on the nose. Light to medium body with tropical fruit flavours and a crisp finish.

Sourced from our trellised vineyards on the Fairview farm in Paarl and Darling vineyard in West Coast.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and the juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on the lees for 8 months before bottling. A youthful, fresh wine from South Africa’s signature grapePale green colour. Mango and white pear on the nose. Light to medium body with tropical fruit flavours and a crisp finish.
