Description
Ruby red colour with aromas of strawberries and plums. The palate shows red fruit flavours, spice and a smooth, rounded texture.
Origin: Coastal Region, Darling Paarl and Stellenbosch
Vinification: The grapes were harvested early in the morning and fermented in tank for 10 days. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barrels where it matured for 11 months before bottling.
Analysis: ALC: 14.0 % RS: 2.2 g/l TA: 5.4 g/l pH: 3.51
